Eating at: Neighbourhood Dining at Kitty Hawk, London

Jess | Editor In Chief

Step out of city life and into the Kitty Hawk; an all-day bar and event space in the City of London, designed for laidback drinks and dining. If you’re looking for a space that has it all, you’ve struck gold – an incredible menu, an even better wine list, public and private dining areas and a booking rewards scheme that is one of the best we have seen to date.

Based a five minute walk from Liverpool Street and Moorgate tube station, the Kitty Hawk is spread across 9,000 feet and has recently undergone a brand redesign with the venue now adopting a neighbourhood vibe as opposed to the previous ‘departments of dining’ idea it lead previously.

With a sensational interior design team behind one of the coolest venues in the city, London’s latest haven for weeknight drinks operates a back room during the day in the the guise of a coffee shop, transforming each evening at 5pm into a hideaway for Londoners to relax after a long day. Guests can enjoy a weekly chasing wine menu served by the tap, glass or bottle and sourced from independent wine seller Borough Wines who are exceptionally talented at  providing the best drop in London.

A small but delicious menu of small and sharing plates are also on offer to while away the hours with friends, colleagues or those looking for a solitary escape in the room which would be perfect for catch ups with friends or private soirées.

Should you want something a little more formal, perhaps you’re looking for a spot to book in for client lunches or to spend date night at? Sophisticated and sleek is the Kitty Hawk way with an upstairs area boasting two beautiful bars, welcoming an atmosphere of hard working Londoners glad to have a glass of wine in hand and then downstairs, undeniably one of our favourite spots for lunch and dinner with steak always our go to.

Kitty Hawk is one of those venues that will simply never disappoint. You can do everything at this wonderful city location and now with the introduction of a rewards scheme with £1 allocated to your personal Kitty Hawk account for every head you book with them directly, you will never have a reason to avoid drinks with the guys or girls again. No matter how close to payday it is.
